Non-Discrimination Policy

King’s Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin in administration of its educational and admission policies. King’s Academy admits students of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students of the school.  All students, regardless of race, color, national or ethnic origin must meet minimum qualifications to be admitted.

While school personnel are able to support students who have mild learning differences, at this time King’s Academy does not offer programs or services for students who require unique or specialized educational accommodations as identified under the federal law known as IDEA.

King’s Academy, a private school, reserves the right to refuse admission of an applicant or to withdraw a student within its sole discretion.
